Who We Love to Work With:

Parenting Through Trauma

We work with parents who are parenting through trauma. Maybe you were traumatized as a child and don't want to pass this on to your own child, or your child has experienced trauma. Perhaps you've thought, "I don't want to do to them what was done to me!" We can help you heal not only for you, but also for the children you love, and for the next generation!  Read more here

Therapy for Therapists

We work with therapists and healers who find themselves facing their own pain and need a safe place to find their own healing. Combining modern scientific understanding of interpersonal neurobiology, attachment, and trauma with a deep, psychodynamic approach, you can find a place for you too!

Adoption and Foster Care

And finding someone who understands the nuances of neurodivergence, especially in women and high maskers, is a challenge. We're here to help, guided by the latest science in Autism and ADHD assessment techniques. Read more here

Include your Faith in Therapy

You might ask, "Am I allowed to talk about that here?" When your faith is foundational to who you are, therapy should be a place that honors that. We are honored that you are considering us for your mental health support and will honor your faith, Christian or otherwise, in the therapy process too. Read more here

Recovery from Church Hurt and Spiritual Abuse

"Can I be gay and be a Christian?" The space between LGBTQIA+ identity and religious community can be tricky and, sadly, incredibly painful sometimes.
